How it actually works
A WooCommerce order lands → open it in wp-admin and get live quotes from hyperlocal couriers (Porter, Borzo) alongside national carriers → you book, a rider arrives in roughly 30–60 minutes → tracking flows back to the customer.
The setup — four steps
Install the Pure Parcel plugin
Plugins → Add New → upload and activate. The plugin is a thin client — everything else happens on the service.
Connect with your API key
Paste the API URL and key in settings, then Test connection to confirm it's live.
Enable a hyperlocal carrier
Porter or Borzo on the platform account — no separate courier signup. Save an exact pickup address.
Quote and book same-city orders
Open an order, hit Get rates — hyperlocal options appear only for lanes they can actually serve. Book, pack fast, hand over.

Hyperlocal only works inside a courier's coverage — out-of-city orders show national options instead. Riders arrive fast, so the parcel must be ready when you book; a waiting rider is a cancellation fee. And per-trip pricing beats flat shipping — charge for the speed or set a free-delivery threshold.
