SLA (Service Level Agreement): The contracted service standard — pickup adherence, TAT, claim turnaround, POD timelines — with remedies when the carrier misses.
Why you care: SLAs only matter if you measure them.
In practice: '95% of OFD shipments delivered same day' in the SLA → you measured 89% → grounds for credit or a rate talk.
Every Indian courier, inside your store. An order comes in,
we quote every connected carrier on the order page — you book the best rate, hyperlocal or national.

Why it matters to your store
SLAs only matter if you measure them. Track first-attempt delivery %, TAT adherence and claim resolution per carrier monthly — it's the data behind your next rate negotiation.
This is the vocabulary every courier invoice, NDR report and rate card is written in — learn it once, save money forever.
